About group CHAIRMAN
Mr. Imran Moghul, the founder & Chairman of AlRaeda group of companies, hails from a family of wood craftsmen in Pakistan. He came to KSA in 1999 & started his entrepreneurial journey by establishing a small wood works workshop in Jeddah. His perseverance in the early stage of his entrepreneurial journey paved the way for the future of a promising & resilient company.
Very soon he started getting Interior fit-out & finishing contracts. This led to the setting up of a full-fledged Construction company. The strong values laid out by the Chairman “Total commitment to deliver projects in time with utmost integrity, transparency & cost efficiency” stand as the hallmark of success of the Company.
Eng. Abdul Matheen is an internationally experienced, registered professional architect & a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with a continuous career span of 27+ years in the Architecture Design, Project Management & Contracting industries, having hands-on experience of managing multibillion-dollar projects encompassing complete Project life-cycle from Concept design, schematic & detail design, project management, work execution to project hand-over.
Initially he worked as an Associate Architect for 8 years in India, then moved to Dubai & worked as a Design Project Manager for 4 years. He then moved to KSA in 2009 & worked as a Project Manager on several multi-billion landmark projects, with a leading Class 1 Contractor, until 2022. He later took up the position of Senior Project Delivery Manager with the biggest Hospitality real estate developer.
He brings his extensive Design, Construction & Project Management knowledge with experience, in spearheading ARCC to achieve the Vision of the company to become one of the leading Contractor in the kingdom.
